We guarantee that we will provide one year maintenance service for all our products installed by our company for uncontrived destroy, the details as below:

We will provide maintenance service if products operate under normal use and services during the warranty period. Also, we mention that crust, kinescope & external wiring is not included in maintenance services. 

The warranty of our products does not cover products failures caused by installation, modification, repair or opening of any products performed by non SONI Communications authorized person. We do not accept warranty services if products fails due to force majored or using the non-standard power voltage frequency.
